A friend of mine told me today that she feels disconnected from God. It broke my heart. I wonder what I can do to help her realize that God’s love for us is never conditional nor judgmental, that’s why she should never feel ashamed of running back to her Father. I’m running out of time. I should get her something before she leaves.

On my way home from Makati earlier this afternoon, a little girl selling sampaguita knocked on my window. I had a few coins to spare but decided to give her my pack of cookies instead because I thought she might need it more. I hope she liked them. I also hope I had a sandwich or a complete meal that I could have given her instead.
